'The Tyranny of THE' is part of a series of educational illustrations used for training material in books and powerpoint presentations.     For this work I was given only the title of the piece and a sentence explaining how some bosses and managers limit their staff by saying things must be done one way... 'THE' way.   The client had no idea of what images would successfully express this concept so left the conceptualisation in my hands.   ________________________________________________
